Arriving by air

The Isle of Man is well connected with regular flights from London Gatwick, London City, Manchester, Birmingham, Dublin and Liverpool. Flight times are approximately 30 – 60 minutes. To find which airlines connect with the Isle of Man, please visit the airport website. Taxis from the airport to Douglas take approximately 20 minutes.

Arriving by sea

The Isle of Man has regular ferry services from Liverpool and Heysham. Seasonal services are also timetabled from Dublin and Belfast. For further details, visit the Steam Packet Company website.

Hotels

This year we are working in partnership with Sally Helwich at Isle of Man Events who will book your hotel rooms for you. We have allocations for conference delegates at the Sefton Hotel and the Claremont Hotel on Douglas Promenade. When you register online you have the option to choose a hotel and we will do the rest for you. We recommend you book your hotel early as June is a popular month for visitors to the Island.

When you are organising your travel, please bear in mind there will be the following free networking opportunities for delegates:

Wednesday 12 June: Informal networking opportunity for delegates at The British Embassy in Douglas. An opportunity to rewind, have a drink and meet other delegates.

Thursday 13 June: Post-conference evening reception hosted by ICM Aviation at Castle Rushen in Castletown (transport will be provided).

Friday 14 June: Morning networking event with coffee and croissants at The Courthouse in Douglas, followed by a tour of the Famous TT course, accompanied by TT Ace, Milky Quayle (lasts approx 1.5hrs. Due to limited spaces, priority will be given to off island delegates).
